    Pregnancy

    We can help improve how you feel, you CAN have physical therapy while pregnant!

    Many moms experience hip or low back pain during this time, as well as leaking urine with sneezing or coughing, pelvic pain, hip and SI joint pain.

    You will also receive expert advice on modifying your exercise routine while pregnant so you can stay as active as possible.

    Postpartum

    We specialize in working with moms in the West Chester area.

    This period is a time of transition, and you deserve support as your body heals and adapts.

    We offer treatment for urinary and bowel incontinence/leakage, pelvic pain, pain with return to sexual activity, low back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), vaginal or C-section scar care, and returning to exercise.

    Pelvic Pain

    There is help for your pelvic pain, relief is possible.

    Conditions we treat include vaginismus and vulvodynia, pain with sexual activity, nerve pain (pudendal neuralgia and sciatica), lower abdominal pain, tailbone injuries or pain, difficulty with OBGYN exams due to pain, and more.

    Birth Prep

    We’d love to be a part of your birth preparation team and help you to feel informed and empowered when you’re preparing to deliver your baby.

    We offer private and group classes with pelvis positioning, breathing techniques, partner support tips, and postpartum recovery.
