• There is help for your pelvic pain, relief is possible.

Sometimes pain has been there for years, other times, it’s brand new.

Returning to intimacy after childbirth, noticing changes with hormonal shifts in perimenopause, tailbone pain with sitting, deep hip pain or upper thigh and butt pain that has never really gone away with other treatments. Or you are stretching all the time and nothing is changing.

We get to the deeper cause of the pain you are experiencing and approach things with a full-body plan.

  • Sneezing, coughing, jumping causing you to leak urine?

This is a common symptom pelvic floor therapy can help you with.

You don’t have to cross your legs, squeeze to hold on, or stop doing all the jumping movements in your workout class!

Pelvic floor therapy is so much more than just kegels. We will look at how you move, what’s working and immediately give you strategies to stop leaking and worrying!

  • This period is a time of transition, and you deserve support as your body heals and adapts.

No one is teaching women how to work on their C-section or vaginal scars - but we do!

And trying to figure out how to ‘brace your core’ or follow an app from someone that is not in-person or a specialist can be frustrating and feel like you’re not getting anywhere with your core.

We’ll be hands-on, giving you the support and guidance you need to see results and progress in your workouts.

If you’re experiencing pain, leaking, constipation or multiple symptoms - we are able to work on all of your goals - not just one region.

  • We specialize in helping women return to running without pain, leaking, heaviness or feeling disconnected.

Whether newly postpartum, years out from having kids, or simply noticing you’re having a difficult time with symptoms - we can help.

It’s not unusual to notice symptoms of pelvic heaviness, leaking, hip or low back pain occur at quicker speeds, longer distances or different terrain.

Our approach goes far beyond basic kegels. We look at the full picture: how you are breathing, your foot control, posture, hip strength and more.

We love running too, and know how important it can be to get back to being active and enjoying this activity.

  • We regularly partner with local businesses, fitness studios and community groups to provide educational, workshops, focused on pelvic floor. Our goal is to make high-quality, evidence-based information accessible in a supportive, approachable setting.

  • Our group coaching series brings women together in a supportive structured environment, where they can work through their rehab journey alongside others.

Each series blends, guided education, progressive training, and individualized modifications, creating space for progress and meaningful connection.

  • We can help improve how you feel, you CAN have physical therapy while pregnant!

Many moms experience hip or low back pain during this time, as well as leaking urine with sneezing or coughing, pelvic pain, hip and SI joint pain.

You will also receive expert advice on modifying your exercise routine while pregnant so you can stay as active as possible.

In addition - one of our favorite things to teach is preparation for birth. We review moves to help baby descend through the pelvis, reduce tearing, and improve pushing. VBAC preparation is also included.

  • Suddenly feeling like something is falling out vaginally or rectally can feel frightening and make you feel like you’re not sure how to move or exercise.

Prolapse is a loss of support in the pelvic floor region and can be addressed in pelvic floor therapy by working on posture, how you breathe, the way you move when you lift something, and if you are bearing down and pushing when you are trying to lift or tighten your pelvic muscles.

You are not alone with prolapse! It is common, and there is a lot you can do to help the symptoms you feel.
