Our ‘Forever’ Method

In this first phase, we reduce the stress and demand placed on the system. The goal is to decrease pain, symptom flares, improve mobility, calm the nervous system and create space for recovery.

The second phase retrains the entire system to work together efficiently. We focus on timing, coordination, endurance and strength - not in isolation, but as an integrated unit.

Lastly, we challenge the system. Bridging rehab into real life demands - running, lifting, carrying children, jumping. The goal is long term resilience under demand.
