In a traditional insurance-based clinic, physical therapists are often forced to juggle 2 to 3 patients at the same time. You may spend most of your session with a changing rotation of aides or exercising alone in a crowded, noisy gym.
Forever Strong is built differently:
True 1-on-1 Care: You spend every single minute of your 60-minute session with a Board-certified physical therapist. No aides, no double-booking, and no hand-offs, no explaining your history to multiple different therapists every visit.
Privacy: Pelvic health requires a safe, vulnerable, and quiet environment. Every evaluation and treatment takes place in a fully private, comfortable treatment room—never an open gym space, or semi-private area separated by only a curtain.
Holistic Approach: We treat your entire body, not just your pelvic floor. Because we aren't restricted by insurance rules, we can look at your breath, posture, hip mobility, and stress levels etc. - to get to the actual root cause of your symptoms. Which is what will get you LASTING results.
Specialists in Our Field: We don’t just ‘also see pelvic floor clients’ on the side. We have performed multiple hours of education specifically about treating the pelvic floor. Almost ALL the clients we see daily have pelvic floor symptoms. The initials ‘PRPC’ after Dr. Wells’ name indicate she holds a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) , which is a board-level credential awarded by Herman & Wallace that recognizes licensed clinicians with advanced expertise in pelvic floor and pelvic girdle rehabilitation.

Because every pelvic floor, medical history, and healing timeline is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all answer. However, because our 1-on-1 model is highly intensive and efficient, most patients actually require fewer total visits over time than they would at a traditional clinic.
During your initial evaluation, we will perform a comprehensive assessment and map out a clear, customized plan of care. On average, many patients begin seeing significant relief within 2 to 4 sessions, while more complex or long-standing conditions may require 8 to 12 sessions to fully achieve their long-term goals.

We do not believe in forcing patients into a rigid "three times a week" schedule. In the beginning, we typically see patients once a week to build momentum, regulate the nervous system, and ensure you feel confident with your home program.
As your body heals, your symptoms improve, and you gain independence, we intentionally space your sessions out to once every two weeks, or even once a month. Our ultimate goal is to give you the tools to manage your own body, not to make you dependent on clinic visits.

We do participate with traditional Medicare, and will submit claims on your behalf.
For additional insurance companies, we are an out-of-network provider and considered fee-for-service, payment is due at the time of service.
This decision is entirely purposeful. By stepping outside the insurance system, we work directly for you, not a corporate adjuster. Insurance companies frequently limit the number of sessions allowed for pelvic health, restrict the specific treatments we can offer, or deny care based on arbitrary guidelines.
Our model ensures your care is dictated solely by what your body actually needs to heal.
-
Yes, absolutely.
Many of our patients receive partial or full reimbursement from their insurance providers.
At the end of each session, we will provide you with an itemized receipt called a Superbill. You can submit this document directly to your insurance company to request reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits. We are happy to help you if you have never done this before.
What should I ask my insurance company before my first visit?
You can call your insurance provider to clarify your benefits. You can use this quick script:
"What are my out-of-network physical therapy benefits?"
"Do I have an out-of-network deductible to meet first?"
"Does my plan cover the code 97161 (PT Evaluation) and 97110/97140 (Therapeutic Exercise/Manual Therapy) for pelvic floor therapy?"
"How do I submit a Superbill for reimbursement?"
-
Yes.
Pelvic physical therapy is a qualified medical expense. You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card to pay for all evaluations, treatment sessions, and clinic services.

Pelvic floor therapy requires an immense amount of trust, vulnerability, and personalized attention. In a traditional insurance-based clinic, therapists are often forced to see 2 to 3 patients at the same time, leaving you with an aide or on a machine.
At our office, you get:100% undivided attention: Full 60-minute, 1-on-1 sessions with a specialized pelvic health therapist.
Complete privacy: All treatments take place in a private, quiet room—never an open gym.
Faster results: Because of the intensive 1-on-1 time, most patients need fewer total visits to reach their goals compared to traditional clinics.
Lasting results: When we can find the reason WHY you are having symptoms and we can make a plan to get long-term resolution. Since we are not told WHAT to do by insurance, we can assess you completely and work on what we find - from a stiff foot or ankle, to that old hip injury, to your pelvic floor directly, or your core strength. We are never going to hook you up to a machine or chair and then walk away. And we’re not just giving you Kegels either!

Our rates reflect our commitment to providing unhurried, specialized, 1-on-1 care with a pelvic health expert.
Office Visits (60 mins): $175
Home Visits (60 mins): $225
Unlike traditional clinics where your time is split among multiple patients, every dollar of your investment goes directly toward 100% undivided attention from your therapist in a private room. Many patients find they save money in the long run because they require fewer total visits to heal.
